    These guys charged me 1000+ dollars a year after I had service with them.... they said for a whole year I didn't pay for gas and that it "magically turned on", they then billed me for it and wouldn't allow me to keep my current utilities unless I signed a document stating I had to repay the gas bill. These ppl are crooks watch your statements!

    Service is great and no issues, generally speaking, but the recent imposition of that $10 late fee - for payments only three or four days late, and when rates are already so wonderfully high - borders on venal.
